The arsonist is back (again)...

Saw a few burned garbage cans on Sterling between Underhill and Washington Saturday morning on my way to Tom's (left hand side of the street). Anyone else see burned up stuff?

I haven't noticed anything.

I'm beginning to think that this is a springtime thing in PH, because it seems to happen every year.

It's going to rain for at least the next week, so everything will be too wet to ignite. We'll see if the fires start again when things dry out.
