6 room apartment ideal for roommates and or college students

I am the owner of a 4 story brownstone in Brooklyn's Park Slope area. On may 31st my tenant will be moving out and the apartment will be vacated. I am looking for those looking to share an apartment which is located on the third floor. I only charge one months rent and security and no fees apply. I will paint or give you an allowance to paint and I will supply all new appliances: refrigirator, Gas stove and a microwave oven.
