apartment cleaning

My tenants are looking for someone to completely clean their duplex after a roommate moves out. They will still be in the apartment but want something more than just ordinary maintenance type cleaning. Anyone have a good person or team that they can recommend? Thanks in advance.

    Got an estimate from these folks: over $200 for a one time cleaning (our apartment is less than 500 sq. ft.

    Yikes.
