Looks like another new cafe on 39 St--Sunset Perk

It looks as if there is going to be another new cafe in the area, on 39 St. bet 5th and 4th Aves, down a little ways from the Chinese restaurant and its name will be Sunset Perk. No further info at the moment.

We can always use a new cafe in Brooklyn. Choice is a wonderful thing.

Hmmm? The Green Fig Cafe is some pretty stiff competition on 36th between 4th and 5th.

I will go and check out Sunset Perk, but, unless the make Almond Sponge Cake, and Fig loafs like The gren fog does... well...

If anything, maybe they will make a stronger coffee. I know the Fig's coffee is not giving me the jolt I need, or maybe its because I am a hard core junkie (6 cups a day).
