New Bar/Beer Garden on Pacific and Underhill?

I recently noticed some construction on the SE corner of Pacific and Underhill and heard rumors of a bar or beer garden. It's the same space where there are Japanese drumming lessons. It seemed like there was quite a bit going on last night. Does anyone know any details?
