MHTN BP Stringer takes on the member item system

So let me get this straight:

While Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz spends his remaining time as BP acting like a clown, Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer attempts to reform a broken system?

Citing a $1.3 million discrepancy between the most and least funded council districts through a process described as murky and subjecting, Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer released a report calling for a complete overhaul of how New York City Council members receive discretionary funding for their districts.

Scott Stringer wants to be mayor. Marty wants to be Borough President for life.

For someone with so little authority and relevance, I never realized I could dislike a BP like Marty Mark so much.

I don't know much about Scott Stringer, but so far wouldn't be opposed to him as Mayor.
