Cool Cool Berms! Beat the heat in a Berm!

Dear Neighbors,

Friends of the Berms reconvenes THIS SATURDAY, July 23rd! from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Weather should be clear and sunny. We'll meet at our usual spot: the corner of Plaza St & Vanderbilt Ave. at 10:00 and then move to work area. All hands welcome - adults and supervised children; experienced or not. Bring a friend and come!

The berms are the humps of dirt that form the circle of grand army plaza. Roux regularly organizes volunteers to clean them of litter, and they remain good looking as a result.
