What's going in at the old Nick's diner/restaurant on Vandy Dean corner?

The old place with the grey awning...walked past this morning and for the first time the space was de-shuttered, with some construction workers and rehab work being done. From a 15-sec across the street glance, looks like some bleached wood, bar area and there was a red neon cursive sign in the glass above the door but have no idea what it says.

Haven't seen anything on other blogs. Anyone know?

It will be a noodle and ramen place, with beer and wine.

I am also curious what is going in diagonally from Dean Street on Bergen/Underhill. Almost looks like another bar too.
