Looking for Studio/warehouse space to do woodworking projects...

Can anyone recommend a spot in the hood or closeby?

The space doesn't need to be terribly huge just enough to build a dining room size table.

It's not cheap (and not exactly close by), but 3rd Ward has an awesome wood and metal shop. (Sorry, just the first place that popped into my head when I saw the post)
