Jerry's bagel's re-opened + What happened to Sunset Perk

A someone who just loves coffee, I walked by and noted that Jerry's Bagels was re-opened. It appears that the same people are still working there, but the store was bought out by someone else, who is the lease holder.

What happened to Sunset Perk? I walk by there all the time waiting for them to open up so that I can sample their coffee. As of today they are STILL not open. Anyone heard anything?

I don't know but it did take Green Fig cafe a long time too. They were supposed to open in Jan but didn't actually till May I think.
