Dog Boarding
steve
I have used Brooklyn Dog House before, and been satisfied, though Kinka came out with kennel cough, which I assume is more or less unavoidable. Anybody have any suggestions? I'd love to board her somewhere upstate if it were not too expensive.

anonymousSteve here, I just emailed them b4 I posted. What are there rates? -
quijiboi have no idea
i think they have a sliding scale fee based on cuteness of dog  -
roseAnother vote for Tailwagger -- my dogs go into a frenzy of excitement when they see Laszlo pull up in his van. It is pricey but the dogs go upstate and run around having the time of their lives.
We used to use Brooklyn Dog House but my dogs were really unhappy there -- it is worth a little more money to me to know that they are having a good time and getting lots of exercise. -

THAT dog isn't gettin' a discount... I'M KIDDING!
Looks like he/she is havin' fun! Our dog loves/is scared by the fountain at the museum. -
steveI don't think Kink would like the fountain very much either, all that motion would just freak her out. That was taken at the top of the waterfall that is sort of just past the nethermead coming from 5th st. It has since been relandscaped and (sigh) made inaccessible. The doggie beach sucks in comparison. -
quijibowhen it gets reallllly hot. kika just wants to lay in the waterfall all day
