DSNY needs brains

So this morning on 23rd St, right after alt. side parking rules were done, up comes the recycling sanitation truck. As per usual, one of the disgruntled dudes is just tossing stuff at the bins...bags break, glass on the ground, this he turns his stupid on.

He proceeds to get into the truck, speed backwards in reverse then break hard. An exploding waterfall of refuse water comes out...this happened two more times and when he gets out I ask what hell he's doing?

"Don tell me how to do my job. You don't like it, call 311."

Well I did better and called BK7's Supervisor Tuzzolino.

And inspector was here 10 mins later and looksie here, 5 mins after that, the same truck and big bozo cleaning up his mess.

Anyone else see nonsense like this in the 'nabe?

Yes! I saw a truck doing the same thing on 5th Ave last week. It was splashing people on the sidewalk.

I have this strange feeling of retaliation from city workers. So i rarely call in if its city workers doing stupid shit.
