Sorry clayfilms, this is NOT the first farmers' market. That would be the market that was located at the Weeksville site, Rochester Ave./St. Marks/Bergen Street by the Weeksville Foundation.

In addition to the above, another one has started on Dean, near Bedford.

I've heard that they are still in the process of working out the details and logistics, but it sounds like Brower Park will be getting a farmer's market too: http://seedsinthemiddle.blogspot.com/2013/06/farmer-roys-farmers-market-at-brower.html

Such great news! Brower Park would be a great location for a farmers market.

Even though the Seeds in the Middle farmer's market from last year isn't returning to Brower Park, I saw this flier today from the Friends of Brower Park for a new market there on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
