Facets Jewelers--Honest or Not?

Some friends and I had a recent experience that left us wary of making a purchase here. Is this place on the up and up? Our shared concern might be due to misreading on our part.

If this is the place next to Connecticutt Muffin, no! After losing quite a bit of weight, I brought 5 watches in to them to have about 3 links removed from each band. They charged me $20 a watch for that!!!!! I will never be back

OOps, sorry then! The place I had an issue with is the one next to Connecticut Muffin, I know nothing about the other place. Though, I was under the impression they were owned by the same people??
