Missing Cat - Robin

The sweet cat Robin that lives at the newstand on 7th Ave

near 9 St (betweeen 9 & 10th St) is missing. The owner of the newstand is starting to put up fliers.

Last time I saw the cat, one of her eyes looked infected. Might be the typical deli cat situation were the owners do not care about the health of a cat.

If he does care for her he should immediately check the Brooklyn AC&C to see if she was brought in as a stray. If she wasn't neutered she may roam though. If she had an eye infection she needs treatment as when sick cats tend to hide. I can recommend good low cost vets who will give her antibiotics and eye ointment/drops to clear it right up. Depending on the cause can be better in a few days!

I hope she makes it back soon. I love seeing that kitty. It's usually sitting in the window and we stop to pet it. It looked good to us when we saw it last (maybe a couple of weeks ago). She didn't seem to prone to roaming--I only ever saw her out of the store to use the bathroom.
