jazz band practicing on washington and prospect

has anyone else had the pleasure to walk past the corner of washington and prospect and hear the jazz band that's been practicing in the storefront there? they're totally old-school and awesome. it's a real treat.

Yeah, the guy that runs the place (F B Enterprises) plays in the band and has them practice there pretty regularly. Don't know the full scoop, but as my wife will have a shop down the block, I'm sure we'll get to know him pretty well. Seems like a really nice guy and I understand that he's very involved with the block.

yes, agreed, he is a very nice guy. always says hi in the morning.

I hope that they will perform in the neighborhood. That's one of my dreams - to be able to see a genuinely good jazz band within walking distance of my home.
