Holiday house sitting/rental for family coming to town

Hey, we're looking for someone in need of house sitting over Christmas. My boyfriend's mother, grandmother, brother, and sister-in-law are all coming to town and we don't have room to house them all! They would happily care for pets as well, and are all non-smokers.

We'll mostly be socializing at our place and going out, they really just need a place to sleep. Hoping for three bedrooms, but a 2 bedroom with a pull out couch would work as well. We live on Bedford @ St. Johns, the closer to us the better but anywhere in Crown Heights/PLG would do us just fine. His grandmother isn't too great with stairs, so no 3rd story walk-ups please. Tips for other places to post also appreciated.

For how long? Do you have specific dates?

That would probably help, right? They'll be here Dec. 22-27.
