What's going in on Underhill between Sterling and St. John's?

They've expanded the storefront - a lot of work is going on, but I can't tell what it's going to be. Just a store or two up from Blue Marble. Anyone know?

One storefront is rumored to become a restaurant, the other storefront is rumored to become a music studio.

I am among those spreading the rumor about the restaurant, because that is what a contractor told me when I asked.

I hear the recording studio will double as Live Poultry store when not making hit records. Can someone confirm or deny this?

On NPR they stated the turkey breasts had become so huge that the turkeys could not longer copulate to make more turkeys.

....given the dimensions of Pamela Anderson, she might be part turkey.

After much back and forth, one of the storefronts will become Brooklyn brainery!

As a result of blue marble, the playground, Brainery, and thriving PS 9, Underhill is going to become even more child intense.

I don't know what the plans for this location are, but the original Brooklyn Brainery is all adults teaching other adults, not kids.

Also worth noting it's going to be a coworking space, which this area needs.

I went to my first class at Brooklyn Brainery and it was AWESOME!
I learned to needle felt and we made some incredible stuff. I highly recommend taking a class there.

I'm curious to know what the two fancied up spots on Underhill between Sterling and st Johns will be.

I snapped photos of the inside of what looks like a modern rustic bar/ restaurant with booths and a bar upfront. Curved wooden walls etc going into the spot at the corner of Underhill and Sterling. I heard in a vague manner that it might somehow, loosely be related to sunshine co.
