Battle For Brooklyn doc on short list for Oscars

Battle for Brooklyn and If A Tree Falls (about the Earth Liberation Front - we need them in Brooklyn) were both excellent, and tragic.

Battle for Brooklyn is a wonderful film.

Also shortlisted, and also excellent, was the film, "Buck", on which I worked and was credited.

Unfortunately, the delightful film "Being Elmo", on which I also worked, didn't make the short list

Buck was hands down the Best movie I've seen all year. The girls I was with were crying half the time because it is such a warm story about such a great person. I teared up myself.

Nope- they finished the film around the time of the groundbreaking.
