Support New Documentary re Starlite Lounge, Crown Heights

I live 4 blocks away from the former site of Starlite Lounge, Brooklyn's oldest black-owned bar, and safe haven for LGBTQ people for decades. I moved to Crown Heights just months after it was shuttered and replaced by a Metro PCS store. This sight breaks my heart every time I pass by. Apparently there is a documentary film being made about the historic bar. I just donated $50 even though I'm underemployed. All you Brooklyners and Crown Heights fans better donate! The trailer looks amazing. Their fundraising deadline is in a week...
