My firm represents the defense in an upcoming trial involving allegations of dental malpractice. To assist in evaluating this matter we are holding a one day mock trial on July 6, 2006 at our offices. In order to make this trial as authentic as possible, we are requesting the assistance of eight disinterested people to serve as jurors. For purposes of demographics, we request that the people who apply specify their age, sex, and race and that anyone who applies not be, or have family members or close relatives who are, dentists or doctors or have been involved as plaintiffs or defendants in a lawsuit. The insurance carrier will pay each of these “volunteers” ten dollars per hour ($10/hr.) for their “jury service” and we will also be supplying lunch for all involved. We anticipate that this “trial” will last from 9:30 AM to approximately 4:00 or 5:00 PM. Applicants can respond via e-mail to Joshua Harvey, Esq., ([email hidden] ).
