    Also, check out this walk thru from heresparkslope, who says this mod Asian restaurant by David Massoni (Thistle Hill Tavern) and Dale Talde (Top Chef) "has to be one of the most buzzed about and highly-anticipated restaurants to open in the neighborhood in years":

    It may look pretty & the food may be good, but knowing a restaurant is in what was a dry cleaners gives me pause...

    @motionmonkey? Why? Every single business in the neighborhood (except for maybe Petco) occupies the space that was once home to another business, and in some cases dozens of other businesses.
