Pratt Post Office

Just had to post this. Before I was scheduled to go away in Jan.I placed my mail on hold via the online option. I went into the station to make sure they received the hold and they said they did. I indicated on the form that I would pick my mail up when I came back. Came back In Feb. and was told there is nothing in the back for you. Impossible! A whole month and no mail? The woman at the window told me it meant that it was going to be delivered to me. Well to date, I have not gotten any of my mail from Jan.

All of my tax statements were in that batch of mail. I have had to make complaints with the GPO and a community representative to get that office to investigate. A supervisor called to say he was monitoring it? Monitoring? How did this mail go missing? Where is it? Should I assume it was stolen? I was told that my building does not have a regular carrier. Can't they trace back to see what happened?
