Anyone know when UNION HALL opens?

have you seen this new bar across from Uncle Louie G's on Union @ 5th? It looks classy!! I'm kind of excited.

I was told in mid June that they planned on being open by the end of June with a little luck. Obviously, that didn't happen, but hopefully it will be any day now.
