TECHNO blaring apartment in 475 St. Marks Ave. building!

Since Tuesday night, there's been flashing strobe lights and LOUD techno music coming out of an apartment on the 10th floor. Our building is usually pretty quiet and I love that, however I think fairly new tenants moved in and are being obviously disruptive to the rest of us. Wednesday night my fiance went on our balcony to find out what was going on (there was crazy amount of early 20 year-olds with thick Long Island/Staten Island/Jersey accents) being loud and obnoxious outside of their balcony. The music quieted down around 10:20ish thank god. Just unusual and quite annoying-has anyone else heard this?

Maybe Jersey Shore is filming a segment there. Snooki needs to get her partying in before the brat arrives.

Ask landlord to spray and/ or set up glue traps.
