Tarnofsky also cited an ad for a $1,530 apartment in the same building that says cats and dogs are welcome.

A man who answered the phone at Hadzovic’s home said, “The lady signed a lease that said no pets allowed . . . They’re not allowed.’’

    Yeah well as a NYC landlord he should have known that after 90 days of openly keeping a pet, the no pets clause is defunct for the life of that particular pet.

    yeap landlord has no rights in nyc so he is basically has to accept cat after those 90 days.
