    Please PM me. Tenants have a lot of rights and she may be able to keep her pets if she gets the right help. I can put her in contact with someone that may be able to help her.

    The landlord cannot require she get rid of them if she has ha them at the property for at least a year and she has not tried to hide evidence of them. It sounds like she has had them for 10+ years already!

    thank you- I sent her the link to here. I think she moved in with her boyfriend and then the landlord found out that she had the pets, before the 3 month period happened.
