High-pitched ringing noise in Clinton Hill?

Hi all,

Has anyone been hearing that high-pitched ringing noise in the neighborhood that goes on 24/7? I live on Fulton and Clinton and have been hearing it for a couple of weeks and it's driving me crazy. I finally called 311 yesterday and they put me in touch with the local police precinct, who basically told me that they couldn't help me until I could pinpoint the source. I have taken a walk around and it seems to be loudest around Fulton and Clinton, although my neighbor thinks it's coming from the Atlantic Yards. The sound is electrical in nature and doesn't stop. If anyone could help or complain to 311 it would be great. My 311 service request number was C1-1-742075507. Thanks.
