Handbag repair store in PH?

I can't seem to find any handbag repair stores in Prospect Heights. I've never had to have my handbags cleaned before, so I"m new to this. Also, is this service usually offered in a regular tailor/garment/shoe repair shop? Any recommendations?

Have you tried Shoe Architects on Flatbush and Park Pl. I take my shoes there, looks like they do all kinds of leather work.

No, but I can try it out-thanks! See, one of my bags is leather and the other isn't but that shouldn't matter I don't think. I'm going to continue fishing around for what I'm looking for.
