Perp Search on St. John's/Sterling

Witnessed about 20 cops converging on 610 Sterling, which is the property adjacent to the shuttle tracks. Cop cars raced the wrong way down Franklin.

Seems like someone probably fled down the shuttle tracks or one of the adjacent backyards. I wonder what they were perpetrating? Could it have been one of our famous muggers?

    Maybe we'll get lucky and the perp will be electrocuted by the third rail. That would save taxpayers a fair amount of money with costs for detainment, legal aid representation, court costs, food, medical care, etc.
