960 Sterling Place

Anyone here an owner at 960 Sterling Place? We are potential buyers in the building; I've seen other threads where owners have commented, but they are all a few years old. Would love to hear from any current owners about their experience with the building.

I don't know about your building, but a casual property search shows some pretty reasonably-priced listings on one of the nicer blocks in northwest Crown Heights. I run by it all the time with my dog. Folks are friendly and both New York and Brooklyn aves have some very nice architectural details.

Hope some actual owners can chime in for you, but at the listed $230/square foot, you can't go too wrong.
