It's true that terrorism kills less people than other crimes but terrorism makes a much bigger splash in the headlines than the typical drive by. They're even looking into the Colorado shootings to see if that clown was some kind of domestic terrorist. In any event, I guess the cops figure it's better to be proactive than to sit around waiting for something to happen. Remember, that's what stop and frisk is all about too.
