Mr. Melon--greengrocer on Fulton near Washington

This new 24-hour produce/healthy food place just popped up near the C train and it looks to be a nice addition to the area...decent prices, fresh produce and friendly people. From the name I'm guessing It may be related to Mr. Kiwi, the legendary store by the Myrtle Avenue J/M/Z stop--and if so, this is good news.

Sure, this might belong on the Fort Greene/Clinton Hill board, but it should be of particular interest to us produce-starved, C-train-suffering residents of PH. It's on the block of Fulton just east of Washington Avenue, north side of the street.

Just went in there today. Super nice people, great prices and selection. Plus free coffee and juice smoothies today!
