Can someone besides me call 311 thanks

I been calling these guys about the dead city tree in front of 323 st marks ave. Idiots from forestry department says tree is fine!!! its obviously dead and they probably went to the wrong block or didn't even bother. So i called 311 again just now, they were like they came to check no problem.....

some of my tenants have called past few months too seems jerks don't believe anyone and says its fine!!!

Try forwarding your request number to Community Board 8. They will advocate for you.

City agencies don't like to ignore other city agencies, especially the ones that keep records of communication.
