Yes, too cheap. If you have a bedbug problem, please disclose this. It's not a laughing matter. I saw a posting after yours and it showed that you had bedbugs at that address.

I would guess that this is the price for a "1 BEDROOM FOR RENT". Maybe the other poster is purposely scaring off potential renters? Bad breakup? Who knows.... Let's not jump to conclusions and remember there are no "facts"

Just cuz someone said something online doesn't make it true.

(Young and Modern, I sent you a PM.)

I posted that bed bug post, and I its true. If you went by there today, you would see they also have a fridge and other stuff outside the bldg. looks like its being emptied.

So they're buying the new tenant a new fridge...and?

And the mattress is in the front yard and is not wrapped in plastic.

the mattress, some type of ottoman, and some other large stuff were wrapped in plastic and put out in front of the apt last night (today was trash day), so its gone. the stuff in the front of the building has only been out today. Ideally the person who posted this ad would actually reply to this thread and tell us whether the bed bug mattress and other stuff (and suspicions) are true.

It would appear that the OP would prefer to ignore the entire bedbug issue, and instead rely on price drops to rent the apartment. Caveat emptor!
