I would guess that this is the price for a "1 BEDROOM FOR RENT". Maybe the other poster is purposely scaring off potential renters? Bad breakup? Who knows.... Let's not jump to conclusions and remember there are no "facts"

the mattress, some type of ottoman, and some other large stuff were wrapped in plastic and put out in front of the apt last night (today was trash day), so its gone. the stuff in the front of the building has only been out today. Ideally the person who posted this ad would actually reply to this thread and tell us whether the bed bug mattress and other stuff (and suspicions) are true.
