noisy generator at construction site

There are big condos going up near my house in Park Slope. What I'm wondering is, can they run a really noisy generator all night? The one near my house is extremely loud even at several doors away. It sounds like the generator is in the next room.

call 311 and file a noise complaint they send it to the appropriate precinct for you. (i have a lot of experience with this) Provide an email when they ask, you will get emailed updates.
