FINALLY! A new gym for Clinton Hill and Fort Greene!

We are so excited to be bringing the BEST workout to the Fort Greene/Clinton Hill community and for the opportunity to help you reach your health & fitness goals! Our gym brings personal training to a group setting to give you the benefits of personalized attention without the impact on your wallet.

At CKO we deliver workouts that are guaranteed to deliver results! During our classes each member works out on their own heavy bag. We are a no contact gym; we do not spar or teach martial arts. CKO is fitness kickboxing- we incorporate bag work, cross-training and high intensity interval training (HIIT). Classes are structured so that everyone can work at their own pace, making every class appropriate for all fitness levels.

SO psyched you guys are coming to the neighborhood! I've taken classes at the one in Carroll Gardens and love it but it's too far for me to go regularly! Are your rates the same as theirs? And when will you be opening?

Hi BrooklynMel! We are really excited, too!! We are on track for an early November opening and hope to be announcing an exact date over the next few days. And yes, we will offer the same rates as the Carroll Gardens location once we open. We are currently offering a presale package $0 enrollment, $69/month for our annual membership and free starter gloves for our first 100 members to sign up before we open.
