Franklin Ave shuttle moving?

Just saw the shuttle rolling in the direction of E Pkwy from my building on Franklin and Pacific - my guess is they forgot to set the brakes and the wind is pushing it along?

Maybe it's one of the administration's alternative-energy initiatives -- wind-powered subway cars?

One of the MTA's Rapid Transit Operations Construction & Flagging crew reporting centers is located at prospect park. Although the system has been shut down for customer service the workers are still at work, any trains you see in motion will be transporting crews to work sites so that things can return to normal as quickly as possible once the storm passes.
