Lecture space available to rent?

I'm looking for a venue to use for an ongoing lecture series, for two hours at a time once a month, possibly twice. We need to be able to seat 50-100 people. An arts-related space, like a co-working facility or gallery, would be perfect, since the series will address topics important to the creative community.

It can be in Williamsburg/Greenpoint, PS, Dumbo, P-Heights, Clinton Hill, or Gowanus.

Can anyone recommend a place that's reasonably priced to rent, or might make a deal to split revenue from ticket sales? Thanks.

Some nonprofits rent out their event and meeting spaces for such purposes. The spaces are listed here: http://www.npccny.org/spaceads.htm#mtg
