Oyster Store?

Any recommendations for a good place to buy oysters retail? I want to shuck a few for myself and Mrs. Jamzer. Thanks!

Hmmmmm Oysters with the hunny enjoy lol. I LOVE Fish Tales on Court and Bergen. I purchase all my fish there for special meals and Christmas Eve. They are a little more expensive than other places like in Chinatown but the quality has always been top notch for me.

There is a seafood store on 7th ave at around 3rd st.

Actually, there are two seafood shops within a half block of one another near that intersection. One is right on the corner, and the other is between 3rd and 4th Streets.

Thanks folks. I'm a little nervous about eating raw oysters from any old place. Maybe I'll check out the Fish Tales place.
