Drug Bust (?) on St. Marks?

I just finished jump statring my vehicle (and causing a big hubbub) and enjoyed a moment to wash my face when I heard screams outside my window.

From what I could see there were three cop cars and two other vehicles (a white escalade and something else). A man was on the floor in handcuffs, and police had guns drawn (yipes), but I seem to have missed the bulk of the action while cowering by my window behind thin IKEA curtains.

Anyone have a birds eye view, or a heads up on the police blotter, maybe?
