Is Sunset Perk now a Bar?

I passed by Sunset Perk twice (39th between 4th and 5th aves). It appears to have new signage. I searched for Sunset Perk on Google and saw posts to the effect that it closed, however, I saw signage that said something like "Bar 8" and it appeared to be open. I was speeding past in a cab.

Anyone know what's up?

Once you see the logo will be clear why the 8 stuck out to you. ;-)

Their signage makes me think of billiards, but their facebook pages doesn't talk about one.
