Crown Heights Got Talent, April 20, 2013

Each Spring, a certain non-profit that I am partial to hosts a community talent show at a Crown Heights school.

This year, the show will be on April 20th. Folks interested in participating should express an interest and audition now.

Here is one of the first applicants.

In the event you audition and/or are chosen to perform, judges will decide whether you have more or less talent than her:

Note: Tickets are free, but requiring people to get tickets gives the organizers some idea of how many people are coming.

With only ten days left before the big show, organizers have informed me that twenty-five (25!) acts have auditioned and been accepted.

I have also learned that all of the tickets have been given away. However, some people won't show up. So, if you want to go, just show up before the event and patiently wait until the attendant says something like "yea, we got seats" approximately 15 min before show time.

I'm confident enough that you'll be able to get in despite not having a ticket, that I have decided to bump this thread.
