Lost and found

We found a digital camera in the park on Monday and put up some signs
asking if anyone lost their camera. No one contacted us yesterday
and I was wondering if anyone knew a way of reaching a broader
audience. I'm sure the owner would love to know the camera was
found.
Thanks

Have you tried posting on the Park Slope Message Board?

something I've seen done is if there's a photo on there with people in it, send it around to as many local people you know and have them do the same. I know of someone who found their lost camera that way. It's social networking with a cause!

I thought of Craig's list but what catagory would I post it in.
Love the social networking idea with cause. Yes, the Park Slope
message board is the best idea - anyone recently lose a camera?

    Subject: Happy ending.

The owner of the lost camera saw the flier, called, and picked up
the 5.5 Canon Power Shot last night. My daughters friend, who actually
found the camera received a $20.00 reward. So all ended well.
    Thanks everyone.
