anyone for some heavy lifting?

Does anyone know any strong handyman kind of people in the area? I need someone to carry 2 heavy A/Cs up 2 flights of stairs from the basement. Should take less than an hour, but I'll pay well. Would rather have a personal recc than blindly choose from craigslist...thanks!
