Last Straw for me today.

My neighbors tenants been throwing unsorted garbage into my bins and pickup areas for past few years. today they drop it in the pickup area. It was unsorted. I just drop it back in front of their house. If i didn't get it i would have gotten a ticket for leaving garbage out there all day long.(plus unsorted recyclables etc..)

I gotten tickets before thanks to these jerks. I don't get it, if they left it outside of their house their landlord will get it, but instead they do this to me.

Next time I'm unloading their whole content in front of their door.

Just call 311 and have them document this before you get a ticket. If you do get a ticket it will be thrown out. If you can video them, then you can take them to court.

Order these posters, and put them in mailbox. May one intelligent person in the building will post in lobby....

This happened with my neighbors upstairs I quickly confronted them.... I know most ppl avoid it but I'm not gonna be paying for someone stupidity!! Leave a note or something even

next time i'm confronting them. I hate confronting people though. don't know what crazy things they'll do.

I generally find when confronting people about the dumbass things they do, do not raise your voice, not slightly at all no matter what happens as they will use that as an excuse to either dismiss you or being aggressive. However if your landlord does nothing I would talk to them and tell them you have documented their actions and will contact appropriate persons if they do it again. I bet they do it to loads of people on the block too. You're just the latest person they are taking advantage of.

Prob not a good idea to dump garbage on their front door then. They know where you live

If I recall correctly, Armchair does not live in his building.

Armchair, how many buildings are you up to? What is your total number of units?
