Yellow dust in this morning's rain?

Anyone notice that all the puddles (at least the ones around Washington & St Marks) from this morning's rain are ringed with yellow dust?

I noticed it on the street this morning, then realized it's also on the roofs and in backyards.

Maybe pollen? But it seems pretty prevalent - and I've never noticed it before.

Pics to follow.

I think its pollen. Although my allergies have been pretty mild, I swept up my yard yesterday and was shocked at the amount of yellow dust that was coating everything. The recent multiple days of rain seem to have created a yellow paste that stuck on the edges of stairs. It took a fair amount of elbow grease to get it, all of the pods, dead leaves and dust that had also accumulated out of the corners and crevasses.

Yep, pollen. It's floating all over the lake in the park as well. The rain and humidity help it to clump up and be more visible. It's a seasonal thing. If you're out of town at just the right time in the spring, you can pretty much miss it.

Sadly, its as everyone else has said its pollen. One of the few substance on earth that can cause newguy to cry on command.

If you look closely at the photo, you can see crop circles.

We had the same dust in Carroll Gardens. Fortunately my neighbor is a chemist and determined it was primarily sulphur. Sulphur is one of the main stays of the geo-engineering program being carried out all across the nation. Geo-engineering is a controversial project that involves spraying particulates, like sulphur in this instance, into the atmosphere as an ongoing effort to experiment with weather and climate.

That makes a little more sense. I don't recall ever seeing this much yellow dust everywhere before. It's even on my outdoor plants.

If one studies the puddle closely enough, one can see the images of Jesus, Mary, Krishna, or deceased relatives.

Puddles with yellow dust swirls are not as cool as this toaster that burns an image on to bread:

If I were running a secret geoengineering conspiracy, I would personally avoid dispersing any airborne dusts in the most densely populated part of the nation, as opposed to, say, Wyoming, where there might be 3 people living in an area the size of New York City.

yeah man that stuff always makes me shake my head and chuckle. Specially when: "This toaster is a piece of junk. Made of cheap plastic and the first time I used it it almost started a fire. A total waste of money." rofl
