Street closed at st Marks. Blood and crime scene paraphernalia. Who's got the scoop?

Sounds like we may have had running while shooting, as opposed to stationary shooting.

Despite being reportedly shot in the head, it is possible that he may still be alive.

Usually when someone dies they get some news coverage, and I haven't seen any yet. Hopefully he will get mentioned in one of those "carnage in New York" articles the Post and Daily News seem to run on summer Mondays.

The person shot is reportedly presently alive, is male, and is 21. No one was under arrest as a suspect when the press release was issued.

As you are likely aware, in the vast majority of these incidents the shooter and the person shot know each other.
