Another storage facility is being proposed for Empire. This is on the same block where the roller rink was torn down and a big self storage facility was put in.

Is PLG the new storage district???

    So it seems, at least on Empire. What a dumb zoning choice. IMO Empire should be THE spot for high rise housing--like 4th Avenue in PS.
