Need Primary Care Physician in Slope

Hi all - Archived posts on this subject are quite old. I need to find a dependable primary care physician in Park Slope. A relationship with Methodist Hospital would be convenient (I live a few blocks away) but not necessary. Getting a correct phone number online seems next to impossible. Offices move, doctor's offices other than those listed answer the phone... just really frustrating. This is why I ask here for info. Thanks!
